Thank you for shopping with Cosmo Hats and Shirts! We want to make sure your order arrives quickly and safely.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping — Estimated delivery in 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping — Estimated delivery in 2–3 business days
- UPS Shipping — Delivery times vary by UPS service selected at checkout
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact me at jim.pettyjohn@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
